 INTRODUCTION The quality of a school using the ACE system is determined by the dedication and training of the staff members. Training in the use of the ACE system is provided for staff members at their respective levels of involvement in the school. Administrators’ Training for administrators, principals and pastors, is conducted in Durban at the A.C.E. training centre. Supervisors’ Training for professional educators who will fulfill the role of the teacher in the learning centre, is conducted in various regions by accredited ACE trainers. Monitors’ Training for paraprofessional teacher assistants and media centre personnel, is conducted in various regions by accredited ACE trainers.
